Volwolt
Volwolt (aka Volli) doesn't have any specific lore, but I imagine her being part of a community of wild pokemon and working as a guard or soldier.
Volli lives and breathes the desire to become more powerful. She is determined, some will even say obsessive about pushing her limits. She doesn’t like to do anything she sees as a time wasted away from working on her fighting skills. Despite that, she still tries her best to be there for her loved ones. Volli wants to be a good friend, even though her personal endeavors make it hard for her sometimes.
She enjoys being low-key and even a bit elusive during peaceful times. When it’s time to fight, you’ll always find her in the frontlines. If Volli fails to be careful, her fire and electric type moves are powerful enough to injure the pokemon herself. She is physically strong, but lacking in speed and agility.
