Neptune is a seawing nightwing hybrid. Most of his body blue with lighter blue glows. his fins are a grey blue color with star patterns. He has an extra set of fins on his neck. His eyes are a blue grey color that darken towards the center slightly. His wings are like a galaxy with a mix of light and dark blues and purple stars.Neptune is a very anxious dragons who enjoys being atound friends.
