⭐Deaphanous

Her name comes from diaphanous which means light/delicate/transluscent Dea for short. Lives in space and keeps to her own little solar system where she keeps everything in balance. Powerful hypnotic/psychic abilities, telekinesis and mind control, though she mainly sticks to controlling things without a consciousness. She is in love with space, entranced by the glowing distant lights, steady yet slow movements, eerie hums and the smell of hot metal...

She visited our galaxy once and was particularly entranced by circus/carnival themes and designed her entire bit of galaxy around the feeling of dreamlike awe they gave her. For those who inhabit her planets, she loves hypnotizing them (she can shrink down to being close to their size) and bringing them into dreams that convey that feeling since they may never experience it first-hand. They treat her as a mother rather than a god.

Her world is small, but old. Her planets are: Geminetus 1 & 2, Grandisar, Gendea and Giniti. Each have life, but only Geminetus 1 & Giniti have creatures of human-like intelligence; all others are exotic, lush and beautiful but with only primitive creatures living on them.

Her hair is made of a jelly-like substance that's actually a thick kind-of gas that can form into touchable matter similar to gelatin, weightless and constantly, slowly writhing in hypnotic waves.
Eyes & markings glow, fade in & out slowly.
Psychic energy within hums soothingly to those near.
Wings covered in moth wing-like scales that can act as a sleep powder in some organisms.
During hypnosis, her hair glows in waves of prismatic light from root to tip.
Sometimes places stars behind her crystal eyes, giving them even more of a shimmering glow.
