Elliot is a dandy who enjoys expressing himself by wearing the height of fashion for the time, his favorite being peacock fashion which is the current trend from 1963-1973.

He hangs with the swankiest artistic social set in London; fashion designers, painters, poets, musicians, experimental artists and Warhol-wannabes. As one of the best anthro fashion designers in the city, Elliot is creative, experimental and feels the pulse of where the citys fashion is headed. For now, he focuses on peacock fashion worn by dandies and artists, designing outfits for his friends to be worn at events. He tends to stay away from the human guests at parties for fear of being criticized for intermixing human and anthro fashions.
