Xiomara

A young 24-year old female resident of County 55331. Xiomara was abandoned as a child and adopted by a rich family who owned a large ranch in rural Cali. Her brain was severely damaged in a horseback riding accident when she was thirteen, shutting down her right hemisphere. She is still mostly functional in the physical sphere, but her development is stuck pre-accident. Xiomara has the mind of a thirteen year old and the body of an adult. Her personality is very bright and bubbly. She is loud, exuberant, and ready to befriend everyone. She wears her heart on her sleeve and is prone to fast mood swings. She loves ponies, nail polish, and slumber parties. Her makeup is loud, and she wears colorful pastel clothes that she finds out of the closests of abandoned houses. Xiomara seems unaffected by the eerie environment of the County and takes everything in stride. She has an older relative that is her caretaker and keeps her out of trouble.
