Mara

No one knows where Mara came from, only that one day, he appeared in Gaguro out of thin air and has been there ever since. Despite this, he's made a name for himself as one of the greatest and most powerful mages to ever grace the realms of Lyth, second only to those written about in legends of the past. His skill in teleportation is unmatched, and he is able to do so without the use of Keys or Doors. Whenever anyone has a magic-related query, Mara is able to solve it without much effort, even when it comes to the most complex cases; he refuses to accept payment for his services, claiming he's only doing what anyone would do, given his powers. The true depths of his abilities are unknown, but there are rumors that he is even able to bring back the dead...

Though despite his generally charismatic and compassionate nature, the Lyaric can be quite mercurial, and has been known to send Lythians away before they even make their plea for help. The denizens of Lyth are not quite sure what's going through Mara's mind in these moments, only that he can get aggressive in these situations, revealing a side of himself that he keeps locked away most of the time. In addition, he is incredibly secretive about his past, and anyone who gets a little too nosy is immediately evicted from his shop, sometimes with force.

 All in all, however, he is revered by magic users and well-loved by most who cross paths with him.
