★ TOS ★

*if you break these rules, you will be blacklisted or striked depending on which rule was broken.

(3 strikes = blacklist)

★ i only accept PAYPAL USD. before offering, make sure you are able to use paypal.

★ you must have a toyhouse account to own one of my designs! i prefer you already have one, but i can possibly make one for you. (i dont have codes myself but i can ask mutuals)

★ unless you purchased my design for real currency, you are not allowed to sell my design for real currency (money).

★ NO REFUNDS! be sure of your purchase before buying.

★ if you received gift/free art of one of my designs, it does NOT add value to the design. personal art counts as 50% value, and commissioned/owed artworks count as 100% value.

★ do not sell any of my designs for more than their total worth.

★ NO DELETING YOUR BID ONCE YOU'VE COMMENTED. this results in only a strike if you have a valid excuse.

★ before you make a money offer, YOU MUST HAVE THE MONEY BEFORE offering.

★ i sometimes do holds but sometimes i dont. ask in your comment if you want a hold and specify how long you need it to be.

★ ABSOLUTELY NO DESIGN/ART THEFT

★ if you buy an oc/custom from me, you are allowed to change the design, but NO MAJOR CHANGES/COMPLETELY CHANGING THE DESIGN. this wastes my time designing and it wastes your money.

★ before offering art/customs, make sure you will be able to finish it in 3 weeks - a month. i am willing to extend if you give me frequent updates, no ghosting!

★ if you ghost after offering art/customs, and i do not receive an answer for long enough or you have no valid excuse, i will block and blacklist.

★ DO NOT BUY MY DESIGNS JUST TO TRADE THEM A DAY AFTER. i dont allow people trading my designs until they owned them for at least 2 WEEKS. please respect this!

★ colorpicking 1 or 2 colors off my design is okay, but colorpicking most/all the colors is unacceptable. taking heavy enough inspo that i can recognize it will get you blocked and possibly blacklisted.
