- Payment is expected, at the latest, when a satisfactory sketch has been delivered and has been approved by the buyer.
- All monetary payments are to be made through paypal.
- After the initial sketch, referenced above, is approved, significant changes cannot be made. This can include, but is not limited to pose, outfit and the addition of other prop or background elements.
- I have the right to refuse service at anytime before payment is accepted.
- Completed images will be sent as a png through whichever platform is most comfortable to the buyer, this includes Toyhouse, Discord and Gmail.
- Failure to make sufficient payment in the agreed upon time will result in cancellation. If the buyer cannot pay in time they should provide sufficient notice and an agreement to a different deadline may be reached, in this case, it is this new deadline that should be adhered to. If an agreement is unable to be reached this could result in cancellation, or the commission may be postponed until payment is made.
- All uses of any work produced by myself should be fully credited to this account. The buyer should not claim the artwork as being produced by themselves. Consequences may result in a warning, or being added to the blacklist. Depending on the severity of the infraction and infraction history.
- I have the right to use any commissioned pieces in any promotional posts or for personal use, unless otherwise agreed upon with the buyer.
- Members of the blacklist will remain there for 6 months, any member may appeal their place on the blacklist to be removed.
- Members of the blacklist cannot own any characters designed by myself, any art by myself or commission me. Please check the blacklist before trading away any characters I have designed.
- The buyer has the right to sell, trade, or gift characters created by myself
- Charging back payments after completed work has been delivered will result in being added to the blacklist permanently.
