this is Blinkybell (blind + bell) - a little genetic freak night light

he is blind, so he walks and stumbles over everything, and the bell is needed so that he is not stepped on.

The events of Blinkybell's life take place at the end of Part 3 of Dragons. When Hiccup and his family came to visit scaly friends, they discovered that a complete collapse had occurred in the hidden world. There is not enough food, the water is polluted, there are many sick dragons due to unsuitable living conditions, dragon-eating dragons devour others indiscriminately and constant skirmishes over territory. After seeing all this, it was decided by the collective intelligence of human and dragon leaders to return the dragons to the surface. So Blinkybell, Toothless's fourth child, finds himself in a Viking village on a new Berk.
Blinkybell is a silly night glow. His eyesight is completely absent and his eye muscles are relaxed, which causes them to spin in a chaotic manner. However, he is guided by an exceptional echolocation, which he alone inherited from his father. The Vikings hung a bell around his neck so that it could be heard from afar, and no one accidentally stepped on the baby.
The curiosity and stupidity of Blinkybell sometimes reaches the point of absurdity. He often climbs into different barrels, from which he cannot get out, bites Hobgobblers, drools and licks everyone who touches him somehow to stroke. The dragon often stumbles and falls, but no one has ever seen this kid crash into something, even in flight.
