Backstory

Diana has had a long, rough and challenging life. Her parents disappeared as a child and she was adopted by her mothers. Her parents spent their whole lives doing their best to provide the life Diana deserved, albeit challenging because of Diana's reluctance to accept the disappearance of her birth parents' death. She spent most of her childhood and teenagerhood angry at the world and desperately missing her parents. Dealing with intense depression from a young age, her mothers supported her through it all, with Diana becoming closer with them in high school and into adulthood. Her mental health struggles follow her but she is determined to live her life to the fullest - straight out of high school she made it her mission to make friends and with her recent interest having been raves and scene culture, she took to the clubs to make her friends. Her heart always laid in the hands of music. Later on, she finally made her decision to pursue music. Her career started off rough, being taken advantage off and seen as lesser than in the music industry she kept pushing through, eventually gaining success and playing shows and concerts for her band!

One of these concerts is where she met Maya. Maya's a fan of Diana's music, and has been for a while. Initially Diana was scared to befriend her out of fear that it would create an unfair dynamic between them. But, in time, their connection grew. And grew further than they initially realized. They fell in love and kept their relationship secret from the public. Eventually they married and adopted a child together, Diana retiring from her music career - maybe temporarily, maybe forever.
