Winnie, Winifred, Ms. Sugarcube....Anything you'd like to call her, She's more than happy to greet you at her inhome shop/bakery and give you any tasty treat you could imagine up! A creative cook, excitable spirit, and most of all a loving host, Winifred has lived in Toon town her entire life up to this point. Her bakery is in her home, despite having plenty of time and funds to expand further than she has, she'd rather stay small and homely. Winifred is known for being rather gentle...To toons.
Threats to her home are another thing entirely. Winnie seems to turn into a completely different toon when faced with a threat, typically cogs now adays. She can be cold and merciless in her gags and defenses. A little...scary at times, at least compared to her usual kind demeanor.
She was one of Taffy's first friends when the other toon had first moved in! And thus is rather protective of her, like a sister.
