Founder and self-proclaimed leader of the show troupe. Impulsive and reckless, he is always seeking to challenge those larger and stronger than himself. He speaks every idea and opinion he has with confidence, even when others know he is completely and utterly incorrect. He has an ego too big to fit under his hat (as his friends often claim) and his tendencies to challenge anything and anyone lead him to often get into trouble, trouble which his friends often have to pull him back out of. He rushes into things without thinking first, and attempts to take on things that aren't even living enemies such as large trees and rocks simply with the intention to show off his strength. What he does end up with, in the end, is a new bandage around his head which he confidently strides around in as "evidence of his toughness".
However, despite this behavior, his friends still respect him greatly as their team leader. He is the one who founded their growing showgroup and his strange ego actually works in their favor, in the form of a fearless attitude that may impress even the toughest (usually in the wrong ways - they're shocked this meek little rookidee is so confident in himself - but it gets them into places they otherwise would never be able to go). And though he may not be aware of it himself, he is actually very smart and extremely good at figuring out things such as puzzles. The unfortunate part of this is that he usually doesn't realize he's the one who solved them and enthusiastically gives the credits to his teammates. They can try to insist it was Oscar who solved it, but more often than not it ends with Oscar berating them for not wanting to take credit for such an impressive task.
This behavior of his comes from his childhood, a time spent growing up reading stories of strong and noble knights who defeated legendary dragons. His parents hadn't the heart to tell him that those were just fantasy, and the stories got to his head. He believes that with a noble heart and the courage to win any battle, he too will become a famous and noble knight one day.
