Quirk: Dry Drowning, she can make you feel as though you're drowning. She has to stand quite close to use her quirk, so needs to rely on help to be useful in a fight. Her quirk is technically harmless as you won't actually drown, but it causes panic attacks and even long term PTSD. She can swim really well and hold her breath for up to 10mins.

Bio: She has no love for the League of Villains, but worked with them once. Dizu is an unpleasant person. She doesn't torment people for no reason, but she isn't nice to be around due to her sulky nature. However, she loves marine nature and is happiest near water.
