The big cheese over at the Surete du Quebec. Despite his square look, Jack is a very enthusiastic law enforcer and the ultimate hype towards his fellow detectives. Though unintentionally putting them on a pedestal. He's sharp, quick-witted, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly like clockwork. Jack does genuinely care about his employees, but has a bit of an ego; he wants to make sure everyone else is doing as great of a job as he is. Because that must mean he's doing something right, right? However, some feel as if he's taking his job a bit too seriously, almost as if he treats it more like an intense game than a job. Does this man ever take a vacation? It almost seems as if he's in the bureau 24/7.
