Quirk: Jellyfish Tentacle like appendages emerge from him and can extend up to 12 ft when fully released. Upon contact it can have poisonous and zapping properties similar to a jellyfish. The amount he can emit varies depending on his personal strength and how much of his power he's using. The tentacles are relatively delicate and he has sensation in them- meaning if you stab one or hit one it would be like doing that to the arch of a persons foot pain wise. He'd be very affected by it. It takes his own strength to move them like an arm but because they don't really have bones, they can't support his weight or pick many things up. Up to maybe 20 pounds for one.
