Design Terms of Use

General Rule: Please credit me for the design if it's not watermarked! Do not claim my designs as yours or steal them.

TOS for Closed Species is further down.

1. If you bought a design, you may resell it for as much as you bought it for. Commissions and personal art can add onto the value within reason. Traded designs can only be traded unless you have commissioned artwork for the design.

2. The design may be changed as long as it still resembles the original. Please do not change color schemes or aesthetics. Additional and alternate outfits are okay. Adding things like ears, tails, horns etc. to human designs is okay, and removing them is also okay. Changing the gender is okay. Changing the hairstyle is okay as long as it maintains the color and texture.

3. My designs are not to be used for commercial use. If you really wish to use a design of mine commercially, please DM me.

4. My designs can be used for personal use, though please do not portray my designs as blatantly evil. Do not show my designs portraying any political ideaologies, condoning or partaking in pedophilia, being racist/homophobic/sexist etc. But being a tyrannous demon lord or drug smuggler is okay.

5. Do not delete any character profiles under any circumstances.

Breaking any of these rules will result in being blocked and blacklisted.

Closed Species TOS

This includes the rules above.

1. If you have a design of mine that you wish to be turned into a CS, PLEASE ASK ME.

2. Do not draw CS traits onto any of my designs. Please ask me, and I will do it for you.

3. My designs are NOT to be voided, unless it was previously not a CS design. If you really want to void a design, please DM me and we will discuss this.
