PERSONALITY
Rhys can be a very.. Jarring person to be around, they often say things contrary to their actions and speak with a flippant air. His outward personality is /nothing/ like what most rumors speak of him to be. Most people talk about him as though he's cruel and lacks any human emotion at all; however, contrary to that belief, Rhys is as human as they come. They often come across as immature and playful; a grin plastered across their face during most situations. Rhys fails to take most things serious, shrugging things off with an "It'll be fine" attitude, and it's rare to see him in a foul mood. Although, that doesn't mean he's incapable of seriousness or anger; if the situation is dire enough, he'll switch demeanors like a flip. What inspires his flippant nature is not a lack of understanding or his childishness or anything of the like that makes him so carefree—rather, it's his confidence in himself.
The sole thing that allows Aciano to appear so irresponsible and reckless is his belief in himself. Rhys knows how intelligent he is, how talented they are in nearly everything they do. This almost narcissistic faith they've placed in themselves comes as a double-edged blade, though. With how truly Rhys is aware of his abilities, and how high a pedestal he places them on; if he is to /fail/ at something, his entire world shatters. Even his confidence, built up and faked until it's become true is fragile underneath the weight of a single failure—and their hate for themselves grows every time a mistake comes at his hands.
Aciano, beneath every single veiled layer of themselves, is a boy who's lost his true self. They've hidden behind too many masks, too many personas and falsified identities to honestly know who he is anymore. However.. He'd like to think he's proud of who he is in the present—despite it all.

BIOGRAPHY
EARLY LIFE
Rhys' early life wasn't easy; no ones life in the slums of [city] was easy by any means. Actually, to a handful of people they would have been considered "lucky." Rhys had two loving parents who would give the world to see their child succeed in life. The two of them worked hard, barely having any time to be at home, and even so they made sure Rhys knew just how loved he was. Really, the only difficult thing about their life was money; everything else was perfect in Rhys' eyes. However, he and his Mother's lives spiraled out of control after an accident took the life of Aciano's Father and rendered their own legs immoble.

RELATIONS
Rhys considers Kirina his closest ally, and friend; as she's one of the very /very/ few people who know who they truly are. He trusts and respects her above everyone, so much so that they told her what their name is. The two of them have almost always gotten along, what with their similar ideals and feelings towards the syndicates and current government in power. Rhys watches her back, and she does the same for them. Kirina is one of the minority of people that he would risk everything for, without question or complaint.
At the start of things, the two of them didn't see eye to eye. What with Sean, being a NEXUS agent, and Rhys, being a gang head. The two of them are fighting for different ideals; Seans superiors are a government of people who want to lead, control, and silence every citizen who roam the streets. Rhys, seeks to do the opposite; he thrives in the chaos and disorder that the disruption of power brought about. It's fun, an entertaining show, for people like him— people without a side. There's no true malice that Cuervo feels towards Sean, though. If anything, They feel a certain sympathy for the solider. He wants to set the man free from the shackles his superiors trapped him in.
Pierce and Rhys' relationship was.. Complicated. Rhys didn't really think of him as anything but a resource; someone who had information to give. However, there had always been a certain familiarity to the man and as curiosity took hold of them, he did some digging. It turned out that Pierce was the number right before him in the NEXUS program. When Rhys had approached him about it, Pierce didn't exactly react well to his secret being dug up and splayed out in front of him. Although, he didn't lash out, instead took Rhys' demeanor in stride. Albright had to warm up to them, but after that? They could certainly call each other friends, and maybe even something more.
Toby and Rhys aren't necessarily anything above business partners. Rhys, or Cu3rv0 as Toby knows them, has done jobs and work for Shadowlux; and Toby has given him resources and connections in return. They don't dislike the Albright twin by any means, Rhys just doesn't really consider him anything closer than an acquaintance. However, he won't hesitate to /tear/ the man apart if he does anything to Kirina.
MISC
TRIVIA
- The darker patches of Rhys' hair are his natural hair color, the rest has been changed due to bio-body modifications.The darker parts of his hair ARE NOT shading, it's apart of his hairs color!
- Rhys occasionally wears a mask that covers up to his nose.
- The tattoo on his neck is used as a form of identification for himself and his gang; all members sharing a similar tattoo.
- His favorite "food" is orange lollipops, and he'll often be seen walking around with one.
- Rhys and his group can often be found at a bar located in the slums called "The Downtown Devil".
- He really only wears his choker when he's out and about, walking the streets.Rhys owns a hoverboard that they stole when they were younger. They also changed its code and lovingly calls it "Carmen".
