✥ Redesigns and Character Usage

✥ Redesigns are fine, as long as the design is recognisible compared to the original. If you are unsure, feel free to send me a message so I can help!
✥ You may create closed species versions, alternate universe versions, and future/past versions of my designs, as long as the character is recognisible/linked to the original profile.
✥ If a design of mine is already a closed species, please send me a message if you wish to void them, convert them to another species or make a variation of them, closed species or not. This is partially to make sure that species traits are not accidentally carried over ^-^
✥ Edits of my artwork or designs are okay as long as the original is visible in the profile. It can be listed as old/unedited art, but must not be removed
✥ Commercial usage of designs and artwork made by me is not given unless stated prior to purchase/trade, or paid for. If you would like to use my designs/artwork commercially, please message me.
✥ You must be over 18 to commission/add NSFW or suggestive work to my designs. Being a minor and doing so will result in a blacklist.
✥ Do not use my designs in any crypto based environment.

✥ There is a 15 day trade/resell cooldown. Please don't trade/resell before then without asking permission! This is to try and help impulse buying and give people a little bit of time to connect before letting them go.
✥ If the design was obtained through sale or resale, do not resell for more than the character's original price/worth.
✥ If the design was obtained though trading with no monetary value added, you may not resell it or re-trade it for real life currency. If there is commissioned artwork or the design was obtained through a trade with monetary value, only the price of the commission/monetary side of the trade can be used as a base value for resale.
✥ You may resell a character for a higher price than bought if there is one commissioned/self-drawn piece in the character's gallery. Using AI "art" to bypass this will get you blacklisted, as it is art theft and free.
✥ You are not allowed to purchase/claim my designs with the sole intent to add your own/gifted work to resell for a higher value.
✥ Do not trade my designs/characters with my artwork to blacklisted accounts/people. This will result in you being blacklisted too
