Mona is a misanthropic, almost feral woman, tall in stature, and powerfully built. Unbeknownst to her, she began life as a doll, created by one Ranni the Witch. This creation process engraved into her mind a fanatical devotion to the moon, and the moths that fly guided by its light. Her goal, as such, has become the eradication of the other celestial body that inevitably vanquishes the night: the sun.
Forever blocking Mona's path is another doll, designed as her polar opposite. Time and time again, they wage a vicious and bloody battle with one another, drawn to combat as though guided by a puppeteer's strings. But when they clash, the fog in her mind clears, for just a moment, and she is overcome with an unrelenting desire to become one with her other. The two combined, with their infinite, driving need to see their own goals to the end, could spell doom for the Lands Between.
