➡ Once purchased, any and all changes to the design are permitted. ➡ Reposting of the original art purchased is permitted, but requires a link back to this Ko-fi page or one of my other social pages. Any other art - created by the buyer or a third party - does not require credit for the original design, but would be infinitely appreciated.
➡ The designs may be used for any Personal Works. If you would like to use the design for Commercial Purposes, please contact me at : appalachianlich @ gmail .com or on discord @ appalachianlich # 2250
➡ Adoptable cannot be refunded - for the sake of avoiding issues where the design files are being held by more than one party with no guarantee that they are not still being used apart from word of honor. ➡ The adopt may be resold, but only for the price it was purchased for. ➡ Trading & Gifting of the adopts are allowed.
➡ As the artist, I retain the right to use the art sold for portfolio and promotional graphics in the future.
➡ If the adoptable is found to be used in any medium which has anti-LGBTQ+, racist, or ableist views attached to it, the buyer will be added to a blacklist.
