Xanthus

He's a pony that seems to be extremely talented at giving other ponies a bad time. He's strict, rules with an iron fist and refuses more often then not to acknowledge issues in his ideologies and how he runs the Comit. He also sees ponies breaking his rules as a crime itself.

He is the active leader of and lives on the Comit.
