Trust me, this one is a Splatoon OC. Just not being an inkling/octoling or similar critter in humanoid shape.
A sea otter anthro shaped slug who lives with jellyfishes, two inky cephalopods and a salmonoid.
That's unknown why Lutra is mammalian in shape.
Tableterf is the best alternative for them. They want to do turf war with cephalopods. But sadly, Lutra's body does not produce ink.
