Carmen D'Bloom is the leader of a street gang that resides in an area known as "Rustburg", They're a dangerous bunch who terrorize the streets both day and night.
Carmen is one of six contractors That Racheal has to deal with, She is the contractor to the Devil Demona Satanas, The infamous Devil of Wrath, Violence and Resentment. She made a deal with this devil as she no longer wanted to be weak...and in turn now uses her own anger as a weapon.
