Teonot

A Vertomagi who joins Frank and Seanteo on their journey across the western Empire. He apparently had a relationship with the daughter of a powerful and very protective Magi, and sees Seanteo as a means of protection. He acts as a guide and hunter for the group. Teonot was born in Mer, but raised in Kaedar by his Master, an old bone mage. She changed his name to Teonot (meaning “Raisin”) to make him sound less human. As a Vertomagi, Teonot was never given Master status. He likes traveling with Theians and knows much about them. As a black wolf, he is a symbol of victory for Theians.
