Young adventurous boy who lives in Newton Falls, a city close to the sea. 

Newton Falls isn't the biggest city, but a very busy one. Home of many fishermen and sailors. 

There's a legend that Newton Falls is the only remaining city of a former kingdom which name's unknown. 

The kingdom was ruled by four brothers, all of them were equally great leaders and given the same amount of respect by their people. 

But the youngest of those four wanted all that respect and high reputation for himself, so he commissioned an old witch - that were common back then - to create a weapon that should help the youngest to destroy his elder brothers. 

The commissioned weapon turned out to be a necklace pendant in shape of a raindrop whose powers reflected the carriers personality and feelings, and then turnes them into magic power. 

Since the youngest brother held an immense grudge against his other brothers, the magical abilities of the necklace turned into a weapon of mass destruction which lead the kingdom to a fall.

Nowadays, only the elderly people remember the story of the four brothers and the strong power which is held within the necklace, the reason why they got offended in the first place when they saw a young boy carrying that necklace without knowing the story behind of it. 

Nelo got that necklace from his younger sister which she randomly found at the river nearby.

He discovered the powers of that necklace very soon and got the ability to control water for being adaptable and 'going with the flow', but also because he's living close to the sea; and the other ability electrical telekinesis for his thoughtless thinking and often jumping right into trouble and risky adventures, which is 'shocking' for other people, complaining about Nelo's behaviour. 

He's living with his mother and younger sister, a few kilometres away from the sea, but nearby at a river. 

Both him and his sister go to school, his mother is a housewife and his father a businessman who's rarely at home. Nelo usually has small phonecalls in the evening to tell his dad about his day and listening to his dads endless promises of returning home soon. 

Nelo sometimes thinks his mom is better off without her husband, but never said his thoughts out loud to avoid getting into trouble.
