Story
Early Life
Dansui Hirawa was born into a middle-class family in Tateyama, Japan. His parents ran a Sushi Shop. At the age of 4, Dansui was brought on board to the family restaurant and was tasked with preparing the fish and eventually he was taught how to cook and prepare it.
Despite the work often being quite grueling at times, Dansui continued on, wanting to take over the shop from his parents and keep the business thriving.
At 8 years old, his father died. Dansui and his mother tried to keep the restaurant going, but they found it exceedingly difficult with how much his father did for the restaurant every day. Eventually, the restaurant closed down for good.
School Life
Dansui was a very quiet student at school, but he still did his best when it came to academics and managed to pass. During this time, he began chatting with a student, Kazuya Harada, who had been visibly struggling with the death of his brother. The two eventually became best friends and made it a point to always be by eachother's side in situations of great stress.
