member and composer of the unit myosotis. a girl who went missing a few years ago who spends her time in the sekai. she is carefree and can come off as childlike often, though she can be serious when needed. noriko comes from a wealthy family who discouraged her from pursuing music, and instead wanted her to study something that could benefit the family.
