Calm, usually, Due to his lack of emotions and therefore soul. He splashes potions on himself to feel emotions and loves capri' suns.

The potions on his belt are bottles of emotion, as he has a severe deficiency all emotions he will use them in some battles for himself.

.. Or even to poison his enemies. The bottles of what looks like liquid will turn into gas once it hits the air, producing an addicting yet poisonous sent so you're left with wanting more. This gas, of course, does not effect paint thinner himself and simply gives him the desired emotion he wants

He is a very calm person, though when he is angry he kinda looks like ink with that off black substance leaking from his face. Spooky stuff. He is also the silent kind of anger rather than the loud

His exacto knife is named Zach. He uses Zach to tear open portals mid air as well as fight. Think of it like Chara's knife mixed with inks paintbrush.
