Highly recommend the Triceratops. I found the tail piece to be hard at first but now its one of the easiest and coolest ones I know.

My notes:
*needs two pieces of the same size square
- make triangles on top and bottom, top triangles fold inside, bottom must be turned into a rocket. Fold rocket legs along diagonal crease and then put them upside down.
- make lil leggies

- make this nightmare shape for butt, 
fold triangle to here, make diagonal and middle fold go inside out.
My notes:
*needs two pieces of paper, second paper should be half the size of the first, both pieces must be squares
- do the sea lion thing
- fold the lil leggies away from tail end, tail can be whatever- for the wings, point them towards the head and then fold backwards (folds should always be pointed downwards)
- for the head, make a quirky triangle where the insides fold inwards
- take top tip of triangle and fold long sides to bottom side
- fold sides to make a diamond in the center and then do the sea lion thingy
