Cowl

Cowl is a psychic/dark type pokemon! Like ditto, it takes the forms of other pokemon but they never turn out.. quite right.

Unlike ditto, Cowl is make up of a mist/fog which it can manipulate to look like that of other pokemon. It is a bit insecure about not having a "body" so it found a small cloak and a ping pong ball to hold onto!
