Outward appearances have him give off the impression that he's dumb and kind of a delinquent. He isn't dumb by any stretch and can be actually very calculating. But he is an awful little chaos beast, and more often than not his wild and usually dangerous impulse decisions leave many people baffled and thinking he's completely out of his mind. Other than that, he's just a rude little guy and tends to glide through interactions with a mix of jokes that are either inappropriate or just plain bad, or zone out so hard he may as well be just a piece of furniture.

That all being said, he's not entirely terrible and does have awareness of how badly his radiation can mess someone up if he isn't careful. This awareness generally only goes for people who could be affected by such a thing though, like a regular living person. He also treats those he considers friends much more pleasantly. Him occasionally lying to them will still happen, but he'll at least respect basic boundaries.

While he does care about other people's safety, there is not a single shred of a regard for his own personal safety. Although that comes with the territory of knowing he'll be completely fine since his body will just regenerate anyway. That absolutely won't stop him from being as dramatic and obnoxious about any injury as physically possible though. 

All of his regard for other living creatures safety is completely thrown out the window if he's given a task by his master. If he's told X person needs to die, then he'll do so without question. He lost all of his reservations and morals a very long time ago. Trying to defy The Master will lead to so many problems, and it's easier to just do what it says.

A great many years ago, 100-200 years by his guess, he had been bound to serve a great malevolent entity that defies the laws of reality of his world. It is called simply as The Master. While his memory is muddled and unclear on the specifics on how he became bound to this entity, he some day desires to be free from it. Though he is undead and this is only by the power of The Master, he still believes that freedom is viable if he plays his cards just right. Until that point he will continue to serve The Master and hide any and all hints or evidence of his plans of escape.
