Avernock's new dockmaster. Runaway rich kid here with her little sister Molly. Capable and businessminded, but young and new and overcompensating so so hard for it by being such a hardass.
Formally dressed, dark-haired, and short-statured. The adopted eldest child of the Chryseis family, raised to inherit whatever darkness hangs over the household. Definitely actually named Evelyn but everyone in town started calling her Evie and she can't do anything about it.
Eventually stops doing her collar up so tight and gets used to the town. Crucially adopts a dock kitten that all the workers call the dockmaster whenever she's not around.
