Former president, former terrorist and many more he has a living record and now he is technically a corpse who came back to life with a strange charisma... when you look at him... Panbur looks like he came out of something terrible, considering he spent his time in the afterlife in the past. It was long enough to make him nearly go mad.

Now he often visits his 'old friend' and opens a hamburger restaurant and sometimes glorifies (?) his rivals in his country.
