the bartender is an angry man full of envy. some days he is mixing up drinks, shaking his ass and flashing teeth and tongue, tantalizing patrons and swaying his hips. some days he is full of rage, bitter-faced and cat-eyed, still seductive as ever but with a dull gloss to his eyes. he is a jealous man, jealous of that quiet doctor and that stupid embalmer who clearly love each other so very much.
the bartender is, in truth, a lonely man. lonely, despite his partner, his partner who (beats him) loves him. loves him, only shows it differently than the doctor. the bartender craves the fight, the thrill, the run and chase and the spark of pain as his head snaps to the side with the force of a sole blow. (sometimes, he is so, so tired of the fight.) he does not drown his worries in sorrow, only in flashes of skin and promises of sex. simply put — he is so, so lonely. (their love is blood, the fight, fight, fight, bruises, the warm thrum — fading — of a heart.)
- actually really enjoys rock music and the sort, both singing or listening to it.
- xinyan main in genshin. has a bit of a crush on her.
- really likes dogs, spends time at the animal shelter if he's allowed.

he was fire incarnate. infernal, raging, he swept into everyone’s lives and left them with either warmth or burns, there was no in-between. he loved passionately and hated with no abandon, and always took the words away from those he met. he grew up confident, brash, and wild, making many friends and even more enemies - he didn’t mind any of it. sparring with friends, roughhousing, unburdened and free.
in high school, he had always been labelled as a bit of a slut. he slept around, faking his age, sold his skills to pay out his addiction, but did surprisingly decent in his classes. his initial plan was to go to college and secure a degree, but soon turned to bartending, if only to get closer to the alcohol. he soon fell into a relationship that quickly turned sour, but he was unable to escape, and if he got anything out of it, he became sober for the first time in a while. he despises the embalmer’s relationship with the doctor, and quietly envies it.
