Cecelia Brown / Agent C
Appearance
Standing right at 5'5", C is a humorous and lively agent. She's got brown hair styled with feathered bangs, and hazel green eyes. She has a few freckles, most notably on the side of her face and neck.
Personality
C is quite friendly and personable. Being the youngest agent in the MIB (aside from J), she always tries to liven up the dull organization with humor and enthusiasm.
She cares deeply about her friends and those close to her. C will always be there to lend them a hand, or cheer them up with a goofy joke.
C can be an overthinker and often finds herself double-checking things, even triple-checking. She also hates messing up, and tries her best to make things right.

Relationships
Agent K (Kevin Brown)
K is C's uncle and mentor. They have a very close relationship, though K has the tendency to be overprotective of her.
Agent J (James Edwards)
J is C's current partner and closest friend. The two play off eachother well, and both share "the same darned brain cell", as Zed often remarks.

City
Manhattan, New York is the center of operations for the MIB as well as where C lives. She doesn't hardly get a day off, but in the rare instances that she does, C spends her time in the city taking in the sights and sounds.
