• (one of his specialisations is top surgery, and with sea stone blades he can also operate on devils fruit users who's fruit would otherwise get in the way of it. Will do it for free, and also for enemies-)

• pretty happy go lucky, goodnatured, likes teasing people
• remains humorous even in medical situations
• absolutely makes dad-jokes and loves puns
• laughs like "wahaha", sometimes adds -ka to sentences or names
• may have either a brotherly or mentorship relationship to Doc of the Bella Luna Pirates, depending on how old I make him in the end
• dark hair is younger, white hair is older and current state

art notes:

• his clothes don't have to include the headcloth, and can also be changed in general, both color wise and the pieces themselves, though that's like the general style at least!
• Also, uh. I was too tired to go back in and fix it, but I forgot to color the membranes between his fingers in the fullbody...but they r there-
• you can also change his eyes, he can have more than the one thin ring of the light blue in there, you can add more, though the one is the standard.

• art with Crescent Scythemore (he is one of the few people Cresc feels really comfortable around), especially Cres cooking for him / Kazz eating Cres' cooking, as well as generally comfortable hanging out
• if you don't mind/want to draw canon characters, he is allied and friends with the Red Hair Pirates, especially Shanks and Benn Beckman (sometimes even flirtatious with Benn, they also like to make fun of / tease Shanks together) (and maybe i also ocxcanon ship them a little :3)
  (in my own OP AU that includes my OCs but generally tries to stick closely to the story sans a few changes, he/his closest crew were actually involved in making sure Shanks didn't end up losing his arm in the end, though he did not retain full functionality either) [do NOT draw him with canon characters if you are here from art fight, as this is against the rules!]
• I would also love art with other ppls/your One Piece OCs if they/you r alright with it :)
