1. Maintain my credit for the design, under the "Creator" tab.
2. Avoid colour picking, or explicit replication into visual designs of other characters please.
3a. You can change whatever you want with them once bought, but it'd be appreciated if some of their original traits are still recognizable!
3b. Nonetheless, please credit me as the original designer. If you do make major changes, you may add me and yourself as designers under the "Add Designer" tab.
4. No reselling for a higher price unless art/literature is added on.
5a. Violation of this TOS may result in blacklisting from my services, and the right to own any design made by me.
5b. Blacklisted individuals cannot purchase or obtain any designs created by me, by any means.
6. Due to personal reasons, I will not allow for co-ownership of my designs.
