Adopted daughter of Mischa Sokolov.
A young tomboy, Kira fearlessly scampers about the streets of Sisu and Litost like she owns them. Her long hair is often tucked into her cap, giving her the look of a mischeivous young boy to the average bystander. A thing she knows and exploits when possible, always ready with a new lie about why she's where she isn't meant to be.
The fond frustration of the Sokolov household, Kira's known to pilfer whatever isn't locked down if it catches her eye. She keeps stashes of her favorite prizes about her room, where only Mischa seems able to find them. It seems guaranteed that this troublesome child will grow up into a rougish young woman with the world on a string, not unlike her guardian.
