I never make fan characters, but I saw some people making cool BNHA OCs and I wanted to join in the fun too. ; _ ; <3 especially since I'm obsessed with the series COUGH I couldn't think of a quirk... so I gave her a similar power to one of my characters for another comic I'm making www
