°➫┇ Before pucharse

♡. Read all rules and terms of use before purchase design from me

♡. When you purchasing/owning my design,it mean you've read my TOS 

♡. This rules apply to all desings 

♡. I will add to blacklist depending on the severity, for something more minor I usually warn about the broken rule until they give me explanations, if it is something more serious like not paying, or reselling at a higher price an adopt..etc. Is a blacklist



°➫┇ General rules

♡. if youre reselling, trading,  please specify the reason on the transaction log  (Ex: sale 15 usd)

♡. Don't paint above or edit the original art desing 

♡. You can change their design as you like

♡. All my adoptables are in Toyhouse except a few old ones. If you see any that are not in Toyhouse let me know, it is probably a scam or an old one

♡. Do not steal, recolor, copy or heavily reference any of my desings

♡. You can private it, edit it but do not eliminate the toyhouse profile

♡. If you are going to privatize it, PLEASE, leave it in a way that I can see it, it makes me anxious not knowing how it is going

♡.   All my adoptable design are personal use only. You can't use my drawing and design commercially, unless you pay extra

♡.  Always credit me for design or art

♡. All of my designs owner should have TH account

₊˚ ✧ Ghosting

♡.Ghosting = Blacklist
♡.I understand if you are busy to respond or forgets to respond, but then if I see you commenting, liking, posting things, and after I give you several warnings to respond and you leave me in "viewed", you will be on the blacklist

♡.These cases only happen when the person must pay me, give me his part of the art trade, explanations of a rule broke, etc...

°➫┇ General Payment

♡. If you don't pay without having any reason, or you ghost me, I will add you on the blacklist

♡.If you give hold and take longer than expected even if you have reasons, after several warnings and still not paying you will be in the blacklist. [Remember that the maximum is 2 weeks, and more than that you must have reasons and tell me exactly what date you will be able to pay (And pay the day you told me) by doing this there would be no chance to put you on the blacklist.]

♡.If at the time if you do hold, you lie to me several times about the day you will pay it, saying that you will pay it tomorrow and in the end you never do it, you will end up in the blacklist

♡. Before bidding think well if you want it (and if you are offering art, if you will manage to finish it) , I do not accept that later if you win the adopt you do not pay because you are no longer interested or other reasons, you waste my time reopening and re-gathering offer, I will add you on the blacklist

♡.  If you didn't pay in time,I will sale to other people

♡. You can remove an offer, but please let me  know

♡. No refund allowed

°➫┇ Re-Selling / trading / gift

♡. You can't sell it at a higher price if it doesn't have more art

♡. You cannot resell them for more than the original money you paid me, but if you buy a comission you can add the comission price, 

♡.  The personal artwork, you can add to the value desing, as long as the price is ("The drawing would sell x price if it were a commission") or how long it took to do it, I do not accept 10 minutes sketches to add value, do not overprice your drawings!

♡. You cannot resell the design that obtained via gift, trade or OTA

♡. Trade mean exchange design,or trade art with design, no cash

♡.If you get the design via OTA,please only including money offer in price when resell



°➫┇ Rule blacklist

♡.  If you broke any role and for any reason you are on the blacklist, you will no longer be able to obtain an adoptable/commission by me

♡. You are not allowed to sell, trade, gift my designs to the people on my blacklist

Those who are on my blacklist are mainly because of my TOS stuff, just because they are on my blacklist doesn't mean  I disliked them or they bad people! I simply would not like to deal with these people again
