Backstory

The rumors of a 4th sibling to the forces of nature have been speculated on for years. Many a professor have gone on long wild adventures just to document even the slightest proof of one's existence. Years and years went by, and no one could prove its existence, until one faithful day a huge discovery was made. Buried deep in an excavations site in Jubilife city a satchel was found. Not only did it contain ancient Pokéballs, and fossilized fruits long forgotten to man, but many old photos taken during the founding of Hisui Region. Along with the photos of the first settlers of Jubilife village and the heads of the original diamond and pearl clans there were pictures of Pokémon! There were dangerous looking ones far too big to be normal as well as long forgotten evolutions! But the Pokémon to cause the most stir was the one professors named Enamorus.

 You may think there would be celebration on the discovery of a long-forgotten 4th sibling, but you'd be wrong. You see, many professors could not agree on the existence of this Pokémon, not because of the lack of proof, but because it was simply too ugly. Many professors and the public alike simply chose not the believe in this Pokémon because of its horrendous looks. "Comparing it to its supposed siblings, they looked nothing a like" many said. Sure, there were some subtle similarities, but the public was to blinded by their disgust to see it.

Enamorus, now going by Francesca, lives alone away from any person or Pokémon. Once she had wanted to reveal herself to the people of the now Sinnoh region, but then she witnessed the reactions to her discovery. She felt the disgust and hatred many people held for her and so she hid. Through her tears she thought about her siblings, all loved and worshiped by the people, this only furthered her awful feelings and she cried more. These intense awful feelings made way for her 3rd form, the loved form. A form in which she believes the people of Sinnoh would love and accept. Though she has this form, she still refuses to show herself. To hurt to trust any human, too jealous to befriend any Pokémon.
