Li'l Chipper

 Chip has always loved hip hop, he tries his best everyday to be just as cool as any other hip hop dancer! Hes pretty clumsy most of the time so he doesn't dance very well, and he tries to act cool even though most of the time, he just seems really cute! Especially when he tries to pretend he doesn't care about something! His name is Chip but he likes to call himself Lil' Chipper because he thinks its cooler.
