if you own any characters or designs of mine i'd like you to not resell,regift,retrade said characters. 

if you do want to resell them because you lost connection, etc, then i'd like you to ask permission first. if you dont want to resell it but also not keep it it'd would be nice of you to return the character, i am willing to give you art or a character in exchange,, but if you don't want to ask for permission, or just resell them without permission i'll put you on my blacklist since it is against my TOS

idm if its small changes or small redesigns as long as the original design is still recognizable!

if you heavily change my designs without even asking (i'll say yes to massive changes when its a rlly ugly design i made in the past) but if you heavily change them that you can't recognize them anymore ill put you on a temporary blacklist
