Profile
Also known as Trelawny’s dog by the outlaw population, Ira is Mayor Trelawny’s right hand man, along with his brother Vester.
Ira's memory doesn't go far past the orphanage, doesn't remember anything that came before it. There he spent his days with Connie, who was like a big sister to him and the rest of kids. The crime rate in town was bad, so bad that eventually he lost Connie to an outlaw's stray bullet. Fernand Trelawny came after that, gave him an offer: he could go with him, and help put an end to the criminality in town, and eventually everywhere else. With no one to tell him otherwise, Ira agreed to go.

At age 5 Ira arrived at the Redbanks orphanage. With no memory of his parents, everything seemed strange and scary for him, until he met Connie Wilson, a cheerful girl that every kid in there considered to be their older sister. Ira and her became inseparable quite fast, with Ira following her around and helping her with chores. He turned out to be a quiet, obedient boy, but would only speak to Connie, if anything.
Connie was the one who first appeared as an obstacle for Fernand Trelawny when he visited the orphanage in search of “extraordinary” children who could take up the role of serving the Saint Hydra town. His attention was immediately caught by Ira, though Connie quickly got between them when he offered to take him in. She wouldn’t let this shady man take her little brother away from her, and so Trelawny had to do something to get her out of the picture.
Some time later, when Connie and Ira were outside the orphanage backyard doing chores, a group of outlaws broke out from a nearby building. There was a shooting between them, as if they didn’t quite agree with each other. It all happened so fast; Ira covering his ears, only then catching the movement from the corner of his eye of Connie falling to the ground, the crimson blood seeping from her side and tainting her dress.
The town doctor tried his best to save her, but a bullet to the lung was no light matter and in the end Connie succumbed to the wound. Ira was devastated.
With no one to rely on, Ira joined the TACP (Trelawny Anti-Criminality Program) at age 12. Fernand Trelawny became the closest thing he had to a father figure, and Ira often found himself doing everything he could to earn his approval. There he met Vester and Zella, who Ira shared a room with. The three of them soon became close, almost as if they were siblings. Some time later he would also meet Marybeth, Trelawny's daughter, whom Ira shared a passion for reading with.
A few years of schooling passed and physical training began. Exhaustive and tiring. Nothing less than perfect was allowed. This training turned him into a skilled fighter, in both body combat and combat with weapons and guns, though he's not very fond of the latter. He turned out to be especially skilled with the lasso, and so Trelawny gifted him personally crafted electric lasso to further guarantee his success in battle.
In the current storyline, he obediently follows Trelawny’s orders to get rid of “pests” (outlaws and criminals) and make room for “progress”. The TACP has turned out to be a success, as the crime rate has noticeably gone down since Trelawny was elected Mayor of the Saint Hydra city.
One day Trelawny sends him to catch a thief who’s gained quite a reputation within a neighboring town. Just as expected, Ira is able to track him down and catch him. He then meets Judas Law, ties him up and takes him to Mayor Trelawny as ordered. Ira meets Judas again a week later, when Trelawny announces he’s pairing them up to do a few jobs.

"father"/boss
The man who took him from the orphanage and raised him in the TACP (Trelawny Anti-Criminality Program) with the purpose of ending crime in the city.
siblings
Ira's older brother, as well as the person he trusts the most. Having only had each other for a long time, they care about the other deeply, though like any older brother, Vester likes annoying Ira.
close friend
Marybeth is Mayor Trelawny's daughter and one of Ira's close friends. They have a good bond, though she secretly wishes they could be more than just friends. Ira does not seem to realize this.
coworker
An outlaw hired by Mayor Trelawny, there as “extra hands” for Ira. He enjoys annoying Ira in any way he can because he thinks it’s funny. Eventually they realize they're not so different and become friends, in some way.
steed
Navi is the sabertooth panther that Ira nursed back to health after finding her as an injured cub years ago. He became his best friend in his training years and is now his loyal steed. She's fast as lighting and agile as any feline.
