Kei 🌊

A mischievous and unfortunately cunning lad known only by Kei, although he goes by several other names on paper.  Kei is full of an over abundance of manic energy and startling wit that gets him into more trouble than it gets him out of, and he seems to only be smart when it inconveniences everyone around him

A beach-raised scoundrel who’s a jack of all trades (except for hearts, with the exception of the ones he keeps up his sleeve during full moon card games) and seems to delight in making his company as uncomfortable as possible.  He’s currently shacked up in a beachside speakeasy in exchange for his services, of which vary considerably.  The only thing for certain is that Kei is rude, crude, and only out for himself, and he’ll drop a job in a second if he finds something more fun to do
