Bitrot's my splat 3 sona! They have a bit of a weirdo aura, where people always think he's the wierd one in any particular group. He's not. They're just trying to live their life, selling one piece of junk at a time. Has a salmonid named Cheeto who follows him around everywhere. Bitrot taught him how to speak inklish, but he usually speaks in either non-sequiters or gamer slang. Bitrot seems to understand him though.
Bitrot does have a bit of anxiety surrounding his reputation in splatsville, but he usually doesn't let that stop him.

BACKGROUND
HEADER ONE
Basically, Bitrot was a normal Octoling until a salmon run went very wrong and he got thrust directly into the code of Splatoon. This developed a deep rooted glitch in him, which would make the universe of Splatoon crash if there was no patch. Luckily, the patch for this glitch manifested as Cheeto. This patch doesn't get rid of the glitch, because it's too linked to the source code, but it does help mitigate its effects. However, Bitrot, being a sentient being with this glitch, is able to manipulate his environment using it. He does this through old computer screens, where he sees a terminal that he's able to enter commands. It can also be triggered through strong emotions, such as extreme anger or extreme fear.
HEADER TWO
This glitch does has some negative effects on him though, because whenever he gets REALLY upset, he basically crashes, and goes catatonic for a bit. Usually this doesn't happen though, and he spends most of the time observing the key players in the universe (The NSS especially.)
