Kuiper Andromeda (猫のカイパー アンドロメダ) a Lieutenant in just 15 years old, is Cruzcozia's youngest member. This is due to his exceptional combat abilities, which can be dangerous if he is not cautious. He is the younger brother of Nova and a son to Eclipse and Titan Andromeda. Kuiper is the first in his family to have the rare ability of poison, which is extremely dangerous because the toxins he produces can pass through your skin, causing damage to living tissues and having an injurious or fatal effect on the body if he touches you. He wears protective gloves to avoid poisoning.

Kuiper has a generally laid-back demeanor, but he has demonstrated a deep love for his family and a more serious side when dealing with sensitive issues from their past. He also has a sister complex and would do anything to get Nova to praise him with affection even at a young age. However, after the kidnapping, this did not last long. Kuiper is shown to have a very appealing demeanor while on the job, calmly extracting information from the people he interrogates, though he gets angry too easily if lies are told. He can actually be very deceiving, manipulating you if you have the information he needed and if you won't talk, he'd take off his gloves and touch you, unknowingly poisoining you without any physical pain. Even now, Kuiper appears to prefer acting alone, if only for practical reasons because it allows him to unleash his full power without fear of friendly fire. Kuiper, who is calm and composed in combat but brutal in battle, is well-versed in heroism ethics. Despite all his adult and mature attitude, he still have those childish acts inside him, wherein he likes to play with toys or laser chase. He doesn't show this to anyone except those he trusts and..his significant other.

Poison

Kuiper can spread deadly poison with just a touch. Even if it doesn't belong to him, he is immune to any poison, including his own. It is extremely risky because the toxins he produces can enter the body through the skin, harming living tissues and potentially killing you if he touches you. He wears protective gloves because the poison he uses can also be spread by gas or acid. Depending on how toxic he wants his poison to be, Kuiper can alter it's toxicity level. The risk of death increases with the level of toxicity. Another thing is that once he touches someone, the toxins spread like wildfire, and he cannot undo or reverse the toxins, so there is no going back once he touches you. It is thought to be the most dangerous ability, and only Cruzcozia's scientists are capable of discovering a cure for it, which is kept top secret. He can emit the gas poison not only with his hand but with any part of his body or skin, which is why it is rarely used because in order to emit a huge amount of gas to take out almost an entire army, he must rip off his shirt/uniform to expose some of his skin to be used for poisoning.

Origin

Kuiper was born in December 28th 2308 (YEAR IS JUST A REPRESENTATION) to Titan and Eclipse Andromeda. As a child, he thinks so highly of Nova and admires her in every way to the point where he developed his sister-complex towards her. Domus Andromeda is a large lineage with multiple families under the same name, blood and ancestor. Their side of the family is the most "humiliated" and hated by other families ever since Eclipse took over, just because of "modernizing" their culture and traditions. Nova was in fact the next leader of the family and as a second child with no significant role in their family lineage, Kuiper was extremely introverted and would only go to reunions or events if Nova was with him. Their cousins do not like to interact with them, however this got worse when Kuiper developed signs of his quirk which is acid poison. The Andromedas are mostly known for having psychic-related powers but the exception is him. As his powers develop more, from Acid to Gas and his final quirk development stage which is the silent poisoning, their relatives sees him as a "threat" to the family and it badly hit him to the point where he just lost all the confidence he had in himself. He was slowly recovering and accepting all the hate and insults since Nova was there for him, she's the only one who will always comfort him until that one traumatic day where she got missing (kidnapped) and was never seen again, he truly broke down and his world fell apart. She's the only one he had and he wasn't able to go to school because of it, he was devasted and isolated himself in his room for months. This affected his education a lot and was forced to be homeschooled for quite some time. He eventually gave up and was of course humiliated by his relatives again, from then on he decided to change things and find a job that is eligible for his age. Before all of this he was actually trained by their parents, together with Nova on how to fight and defend themselves, especially now that Kuiper mostly had the upper hand. This is the time where he first heard of organization Cruzcozia who's very aware of the missing children issue. They claimed that they were taken by the "GODS" to planet Sirux, a remote planet that only the "GODS" have access of, it's a private property by them and it is often monitored by Cruzcozia by sending out spies and illusioners. Kuiper was intrigued by this, as a nine-year old, he tried to be independent—he has to, in order to get Nova back from the villains.

His life as a supplier in Cruzcozia

Since their family is very wealthy, he snitches out some money needed to support Cruzcozia's needs, such as food and equipments or tools needed. He was under the care of Sergeant Axel, the only one in the organization who is actually more gentle and less strict. Kuiper told him everything as to why he would like to join their forces and that it should be a secret, Axel felt his determination and decided to train him to be able to get in and got accepted once he turned 13. He was trained to be in charge of maintaining reports and tracking or logging all significant events that occur in the organization. By this, he developed his intimidating demeanor and with less emotions and became more serious while at work. Kuiper was grateful for his wisdom and lessons but sadly he died unexpectedly in battle weeks after he turned 13. He was sad about Axel's passing and promised him he'd continue to train himself even after he got accepted.

Being promoted as the Youngest Lieutenant

This gives Cruzcozia an advantage on wide-ranged attacks, and would often send him on battlefields to easily knock-out opponents with his gas poison. There are, however conflicts in his rank, some are complaining that he does not deserve it nor old enough for the position. Shard, with more experience, was also against this. Ever since that, he started to grew hatred towards Kuiper.

Head of Domus Andromeda

Due to Nova's sudden disappearance, he unexpectedly became the next leader of Domus Andromeda. He then realized why his mother often spend time with him, mainly training and giving him lessons, plus history and culture of their family. Kuiper learned that he's gonna be the next leader after he turned 15 years old. Eclipse also warned him about their forms that only the leaders can posses. True Andromeda form" is the only form that a leader can posses. Just like any other Andromeda, he also has his darkest side called "Blackhole form", similar to his True Andromeda form except its way more dangerous. Eclipse was training him how to be a leader so that once she died, he can take over and lead their family, until he can pass the role to his first born someday.
