REDESIGNING:

INFO: Feel free to redesign them, edit them, genderbend them or change species! Once they are yours, you can do anything with them in visuals, personality etc. THEY CAN'T BE TURNED INTO CLOSED SPECIES THOUGH!

DELETING OR ARCHIVING:

Do NOT delete my characters or archive them! (put them in waiting rooms, retired section please- can archive them for a few days if you are editing their bios etc. But not for long though please.) if you don't want to keep them, trade them, sell them, give them away etc. Send them back to me.

( For trades out of TH please inform me if you won't that goes against my T.O.S. and you will get blacklisted or banned from owning any of my characters! I will message you first to clear the misunderstanding if it will happen though. ^^)

PRICING:

First off to offer character away you need to wait at least 1 week to avoid spam offering.

You CAN sell them! Free arts don't add price to them. Only arts that add price are commissions, your own, trades (unless creator of the certain art doesn't say otherwise) price can't be in absurd amounts. If you wanna price trade, your own... price it like you would price commission!

For example: you got the character for free or from a raffle and they don't have extra arts to add price you can't sell them only trade them, give them away..

COMMERCIAL USES:

You CAN use them for models V-tubers and other commercial uses such as webtoon, comics or merch (tell me about it though beforehand), and please tag me at least somewhere as the creator of the character. Once you sell the character the merch/v-tuber need to go with it to the new owner or delete it. When it comes to webtoon please redo the paged and delete the character from them ^^

Things that can get you blacklisted right away:

Using the character for hateful reasons duh (they can be villain but dont make it from things as ww2 and other historic stuff pls try to avoid it)

loli/pedo sh!t don't  use them in such ways (if it is not for a story reasons if that is the case write it the way that it is not portrait in good way and it's seen as problematic and it is not praised as romance) and if i see "kid" mixed with "nsfw arts/personality" we will have a problem though. 

Them being racist for no reason. Again if it's not storywise portrait as bad then.. what the fuck man. Also racism I mean to all skin colours! Don't matter on who they attacking if it's not story written and portrait as bad I will ban ya. ,-,

Extreme feminism and patriarchy sh!t.. just stop. You can make it for "joke" reasons or for plot but if it is straight up hate don't do that. 

Just don't be a d!ck that's all I am asking and use the characters for story driven stuff or comfort stuff etc. Just not straight up hate.
