$3 is a petite unicorn, with a somewhat regal body type.
$3 is very fashionable, enjoying the same hobby as one of her mothers. she, however, leans more towards a gothic style, like luna.

__ was born an alicorn, but it was quickly evident that something was wrong. she was healthy, but never used her magic. unlike flurryheart, another born-alicorn, she was never sporatic or uncontrollable in her magic.
in fact, she never used it at all.
when __ grew older into a filly, her horn never grew. she never gained the ability to use magic, aside from puny-sparks when she really, really tried.
her ability to use her magic never flourished as she grew. she was placed into the best of facilities, taken to every medical practicioner in Equestria, and given any opportunity possible to grow, but nothing ever happened.
the doctors never diagnosed her with any condition, but instead "re-labeled" her as a pseudo-alicorn. "she has the anatomy, not the ability."
