if you adopted my design, you may freely alter anything!! just don't redesign it too much that it looks entirely unrecognizable. if you redesign, please do not alter my original art, instead post a new image!

please don't trade the design immediately after receiving it, unless you're getting it for someone

don't trade the character for money unless you bought it with money first!!

don't resell it at a higher price unless you've added commissioned art. if you need to sell it at a higher price due to financial troubles, contact me!!!

if you wish to use the character commercially (eg print on merch) please discuss with me! you will need to pay extra for commercial rights (prolly 1-2x the set price?? idk tbh lmao)

when you receive your character, it stays yours. I will not revoke them UNLESS you charged back, that equals to not paying = you didn't complete your side of the trade, and you will be blacklisted. and if I catch you doing gross stuff with the character (e.g. furry porn with animal genitalia. making them a bigoted villain for your story is fine, but don't use them to promote bigotry.) then I will also blacklist you and you will not be able to receive another design from me. people who trade my characters to blacklisted users will be blacklisted as well.
